Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join our team, entrusted with achieving sales targets, propelling growth, and effectively managing accounts within a designated territory. Reporting directly to Andrea Jungers, the National Sales Manager, this role presents a distinctive opportunity to make a substantial impact. Notably, this is a remote position with periodic travel requirements to our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri. 


Key Job Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Achieve yearly sales forecast and profitability goals within the assigned territory
  • Establish develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Aggressively prospect and analyze the territory’s potential customers
  • Propose, develop, and implement sales strategies and product promotions
  • Stay informed about market conditions, product trends,and promotional programs
  • Effectively communicate customer needs, problems, and potential opportunities 
  • Travel quarterly to present and promote new product lines, attend trade shows and educational events
  • Maintain daily communication with the National Sales Manager 
  • Promote a positive and ethical image to all Betallic customers and employees 
  • New product development 
  • Prioritize and complete project work within specified time frames 



  • Four-year college degree preferred 
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the gift, party, or floral industry 
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills 
  • Result- oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Positive company and personal attitude, self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to travel on company business 
  • Creative background a plus 
  • Aptitude for problem solving and determining solutions for customers 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
